Teaching materials
During the Continuing Bonds: Creative Dissemination project, the team developed teaching materials so individuals who want to run their own creative writing workshops could. The Slides and Guidance Notes below guide facilitators through three workshops, each designed to help attendees develop pieces of poetry or prose about death, dying, bereavement and grief. Archaeological and contemporary experiences of these topics are showcased as inspiration materials.

Anthology
The original Creative Dissemination workshops led to a wonderful anthology entitled The Living and the Dead: Creative Conversations between Past and Present. This collection of creative voices aims to normalise death, dying, bereavement and grief in heartfelt work which is sometimes raw, sometimes humorous, and often moving.
We thank our authors for their generous contributions.
